The approach
No blind bookings
Most studios take a card first and figure out the room later. We do the opposite. Your request reaches the engineer you picked, they check it against the session they're already building that week, and only then does a deposit request go out.
It means fewer bookings, but the ones that land are the right fit — the engineer knows the genre, the room is set for it, and the block is long enough to finish something.
