DoubleCup Studios ("DoubleCup Studios", "we", "us") is a recording studio located at 19 Babcock St, Melbourne, FL 32935. You can reach us at doublecupstudios@gmail.com or (321) 537-6102.

• Booking information — your name, email address, phone number, session type, date and time, and any notes you include with a session request.
• Account information — if you create an artist or engineer account, your email address, display name, location and profile photo.
• Files you upload — beats, reference tracks and session files you choose to store in your account.
• Payment information — deposits and balances are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number.
• SMS opt-in data — if you are an engineer who opts into text alerts, your mobile number and notification preferences.

• To schedule, confirm, reschedule and cancel studio sessions.
• To send booking-related emails and text messages (for example, notifying an engineer of a new session request).
• To process deposits and remaining balances through Square.
• To operate artist and engineer accounts and dashboards.
• To respond to messages sent through our contact form.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messages are sent only for booking-related notifications you have opted into, and you can turn them off at any time from your dashboard settings.

We share information only with the service providers that run the studio: Square for payments, Twilio for text messages, and our hosting and email providers — and only as needed to deliver those services. We do not sell your personal information.

You can update your account details from your dashboard, turn off text notifications at any time, and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing doublecupstudios@gmail.com.

Booking records are kept for studio accounting and history. Account data is kept while your account is active. We use industry-standard access controls and encryption in transit to protect your information.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
